To clean or not to clean

It has been more than 7 weeks since the start of the oil spill, and more than 3 weeks since the Israeli aggressions have stopped. Still no serious cleanup operations have started yet.Sporadic cleanup operations are being conducted by local NGOs and the Lebanese army supported by foreign experts.Tell us your opinion. Is the Ministry of Environment handling this catastrophe in the best way possible? Do you think there is a valid reason for cleanup operations to be so late, or do you believe that cleanup operations should have started long time ago?
